Manaturna are a very natural, yet magical race that once thrived on peace and helping others find their way. They used to be known as guides in the areas that they inhabited. Manaturna's used to thrive until the galaxy they thrived in was attacked by the forces of Evil, led by Death Star of Doom, and oversaught by Mennace. Manaturna are now a distant memory, with only Misleaf left as one of the few. They were a very fascinating species and continue to be one.
Manaturna have a very nature like appearance, but have lots of magic within them. They usually wear dresses or robes that have lots of leaves on them. They have very gentle faces and a graceful way of walking. Their hair colour can vary, but is most often a natural soil brown. Other colours have been seen as well, such as green, light blue, red (rare), yellow (uncommon) and even the very rare purple hair. Manaturna can vary from being short and cute to tall and majestic, of course, these appearances don't mean that all tall ones appear majestic or all short ones appear cute, it's a sense of variation. Their weight is about average compared to a lot of species. The smaller Manaturna could be picked up, but some might not like that. Their skin is a very light tint of green, so it almost looks white from a glance.
Manaturna are gentle when they are neutral towards another person. They are usually even calmer in a natural environment such as a field of flowers or a forest. Manaturna will accommodate others if they become lost. They've been known as the guides to the planet, as they seem to know their way around, even if in a completely remote area. Manaturna will sometimes initiate conversation with each other, but they have a habit of wanting to avoid disrupting the other's train of thought. Their conversation length varies notably from around a minute to half an hour. They can be very social. Manaturna speak English by default, but have been known to take on as many as seven languages very efficiently. The most languages that one Manaturna knows is set by an individual named Misleaf, who has learned over 23 different languages! Manaturna are very smart, despite their frequent tenancy to go into a daydream. They have very good reasoning while they're in the field that they have knowledge of. Reasoning may be a little iffy if they are in an area that they are not well aware of. Manaturna will at least inform someone if they are not familiar with a subject.
Manaturna once thrived all over the primary galaxy of sector Achieve. They were most commonly found in areas where there was lots of plant life and especially flowers. Manaturna used to be a common species and used to be found scattered all over the place. However, when the forces of Evil started attacking Achieve, the population started decreasing quickly with the domination of planets throughout the galaxy. When the news of the mass killings spread, Manaturna went into hiding and were found in the forests, rather than the fields they loved so much. While this was not as bad of a location, the fear that existed among them was not good. Eventually, despite hiding, the population continued to decrease as less of Sector Achieve remained. Soon there was only a handful of Manaturna left. One among the Manaturna was named Misleaf, the Sectoral Leader. While she fought bravely to stand her ground, she was soon driven away by the overwhelming forces of Evil. Misleaf sought for a place that she could call home. The fate of the Manaturna now lies with her.
Manaturna pollinate as part of their cycle. The way they release this pressure is by letting pollen out all over plants and flowers. It's very potent and can greatly increase the number of flowers and plants and may possibly grow stronger plants. This can chain if one pollinates strong plants. In winter Manaturna do not pollinate. In Spring, they pollinate daily, making them very tempted to keep moving. In Summer pollination occurs weekly, Manaturna will get very movemental when they are on their pollen day. In fall they only pollinate once a month, meaning three times only. Another instinct that comes from pollen days is the strong desire to find a mate. This is the worst in spring. It takes effort to hold back urges in spring. Even if one moves planets, that planet's season will automatically affect them. If they're on a planet without temperate seasons, Manaturna will follow the cycle of Month, week, day for a week, week and month. This means they'll have pollen days one month later, one week after that, daily for a week, one week after that, one month after than, and go back to one week, so on. If Manaturna carry a child, the effects of pollen days decrease to at most 50%, an average of 20% but pollen days could be reduced to as little as 1% of the normal effect. The desire to have a child is obviously suspended due to already carrying a child. Hunger does not increase when carrying a child in spring, increases a bit when carrying a child in summer and moderately when carrying a child in the fall. Manaturna's hunger increases as much as a typical pregnant individual in the winter. This is all primarily due to pollen day energy being redirected to forming a child (or two).
