Scarlet is another Deviko, she got a demonic personality from her father so she bites a lot and doesn't listen well. She practices hunting on her brother, which leads to them having a bad relationship.
She feels stronger than she is and disobeys her parents a lot, but hates it when she's given consequences since she only scraps to show off that she's something to be proud of. It's going to take a long time to set her straight.
