Roseilina

This is Roseilina, adopted mother of the Lumas and the commander of the Comet Observatory. She is rather caring and very grateful for anyone who shows the same. She wields a wand and knows magic. She can use her magic to control the observatory give that it has enough power from the Grand Stars.

In the role play, Roseilina joined the party after being found critically injured. Annie and SLdr. Cody took immediate action and healed her. In return she joined the party. She was a former captain serving the Lord of Darkness. She was rather focused on her goals and acted very different when sided with him. In the role play she is notable friends with Daisy. She is also friends with Peach, being Daisy's friend. Her wielded weapon is the wand, which is incapable of physical attacks, but has great magic attack. Her element is ice which is certainly different from her original element. This is mainly because she tends to like icy areas because of their beauty. Oddly her physical attack is above average with her magic attack. Everything else is generally well balanced. Celestial attacks will not pass the barrier that she can use with her want equipped (ability 005 - celestial). Her charming attacks just may pass right through enemy defences as well (ability 020).
