Saigai is a demon made by the Shrine Keepers, much like Fulmine though raised differently. He's a demon leader and ranks highly amongst the other demons, able to tell them when to lay off or attack. He doesn't enjoy it much though, and would much rather spending time with Nekomiya who found him during one of his missions. They bonded fairly easily and became close friends, then partners on christmas eve.
He's strong, blunt and wasn't taught how to voice his opinion out loud as that would be annoying to the shrine keepers.
