Neoma

The energetic younger sister of Rikiya, Neoma started off as a sullen child who rarely spoke and often slept with the loss of her mother, Valdis. Over time, she slowly began to recover from the separation, and began to open up to others once she stumbled upon Rikiya. It didn't take too long for the two to form a powerful sibling bond, and she's grown very close to him and his family as a result. From the start, she was a very nippy child. While she's mostly repressed this side of herself thanks to Rosabelle's encouragements, she'll often lapse and nip at others when she's very happy or energetic.

More recently, Neoma has shown herself to have a pretty gluttonous side, as she'll completely decimate a bag of caramel candies in no time. For the time being, she's incredibly hard to catch due to her high speed and nimble nature. Still, she does share when she's in this state...just don't ask her to split her last piece of candy.

Neoma seems to be at least 4 or so years old at this point, despite her small size. Her aging factor is incredibly slow when compared to Rikiya's, hinting to untold potential that's waiting to be unlocked.

Unlike Rikiya, she doesn't require a Promise Mark to live, and seems to make friends with animals easily enough. For the time being, she's very amiable.

After spending quite some time with Rose, Bella and Rosabelle, Neoma became close enough to Rose to make a Promise Mark with her, promising that she'd never leave her or the family and always stay by her side. While the Promise Mark doesn't sustain her or give her any additional powers, she does seem to have more self-assurance these days, and is much more affectionate with Rose, especially after she returned from the magical tornado incident.
