Nightmare

Nightmare, owner of a widespread evil cooperation named Nightmare Enterprises, is a main enemy of Kirby, Meta Knight and Star Warriors alike. He creates many monsters and demon beasts to spread his boundaries and gain more territory. His ultimate aim was to gain control of the entire universe that he was from. Kirby was created by Nightmare, but he, like some others Nightmare created, took to oppose him. Kirby joined the new generation of Star Warriors and eventually overthrew Nightmare. Nightmare tried yet again in this realm, but Kirby stepped up to the plate (without eating it) and took Nightmare down. Though it's not certain whether Nightmare is gone for good, it's certain that his goal has been pushed further back.
