Shirou

Shirou is an old friend of Mikage's from Battle School, though he wasn't the best student at the time. Though he's eager to learn, he's the sort to find a flaw in anything, and sometimes obsesses over such a thing until he falls into a slump about it. This often means that, given a significant amount of time alone, Shirou will begin to self-criticize, and becomes sullen. The presence of a kind friend or two is all it takes to distract Shirou from his constantly-overworking mind, however. This trait seems to hint towards a mindset best set for creating and testing effective plans out, though.

As a V-Wolf (or "Vampire"-Werewolf hybrid), the need for lifeforce may arise for Shirou one day. However, as he's little more than a pup at 19, such a skill hasn't manifested yet. As a halfbreed, his lifespan is significantly smaller than that of a pure-blooded demon, possible ending at a short 260. Despite his mortality, Shirou doesn't really show much regard for his own welfare in battle, and tends to go all out (especially when a friend is in danger).

Aside from his odd tendencies, Shirou is a fairly friendly person at heart, and will always greet his companions and friends with a tail wag and a cheery word or two.

It seems Shirou has already been smitten by Lacy, Crysta's cousin. As such, he acts even friendlier around her, though he does seem a bit oblivious to certain hints at times.

Thanks to the love plot of Crysta and Aika, Shirou's child-like affection for Lacy grew into a more serious love for her, and upon touching Aika's energized form, he became very physically affectionate with Lacy. Giving her his Mate Mark (a black fang lined with yellow thunderbolts), Shirou's powers seem to have begun to awaken with the new relationship. Though he's very happy to simply touch and hug Lacy, he's very careful not to show her his Mystic side just yet. Shirou seems to be at his happiest when he's around Lacy.

Lately, Shirou seems to have been getting anxious. Whenever he sees Lacy, he can't help but show his excitement and happiness via heavy tail wags and a bright grin. He seems to be thinking something over...
