Narusu

A product of the river Mystics in Ceres, Narusu was separated from her Clan following the events of the exotic baby animal poaching event. Due to her Clan's customs, where a Mystic who has been separated for more than a week is to be considered dead (as there's a low chance of survival for most Wave Mystics above water for so long), Narusu ended up in the adoption circle once the poachers were annihilated. She seems to be of royal descent, as she's got very pale lavender hair, bright cerulean eyes and a deep purple tail and fins. She's fairly pale and seems to be the loner tip initial, until she meets Phenelope, who later took up the task of caring for her, and giving her a new name (much to Narusu's delight). With little more than a clam necklace on her, Narusu seems to be important to the Wave Mystics...but having been gone for so long, she's vowed instead to become important to the team, but to Phenelope the most in order to help her with her Official predicament.

Within Narusu's clam necklace is a bright sapphire stone in the shape of a piece of coral (extracted from the area she was born and raised in). When it's dipped in fresh or pure water, the power within it is regenerated, and Narusu gains the ability to walk on land on two feet (though she still has vestiges of her tail while on land). In addiction, she's able to breathe on land just fine thanks to the power of the Coral-Sea Stone. However, this ability to transform at will has a few drawbacks, the first being that the stone runs out of power quickly if she's on land for a full day or more. The second issue is that it causes Narusu to expend her energy at a much quicker rate, resulting in an increased need to eat. Given that life-force is her main source of energy at this point, it could create quite the problem for her if the blood ball Toluene gifted her ever depletes fully.

If Narusu is ever harmed or low on energy, a temporary solution would be to dip the affected area or her entire body in water. Since her body is able to regenerate itself enough to stay in a constant state while in water, it would act somewhat akin to a cryogenic capsule (only she would be conscious during her time in the water).

Narusu is roughly 6 months old, and seems to be a Mystic Lord. Time will tell if she'll be able to unlock a True Mystic form or not. At the least, Narusu is much happier with Phenelope than she would be with any other at the current moment, even counting her own parents into the mix (since they were detached parents for the most part).

Narusu has grown large enough that she's able to wield hatchets and other light axe-based weapons. It seems, given some additional training, she'll be quite a tough lady to handle in battle.
